Back to School Prep

This week has been full with staff meetings, many little projects, and completing maintenance tasks in preparation for the full opening of school tomorrow morning. We also put in a floor and some finishing touches on another classroom.

Please think of our students in Haiti when you are doing your back to school shopping. When items go on clearance soon, too, consider picking up some composition notebooks, back packs, pens, pencils, and other school supplies. Reach out to me at renee@mohintl.org and we can work out the details of gathering them from you and getting them shipped to Haiti.

Back to school will mean a major increase in traffic coming to our medical and dental clinics. We are so grateful to all of you who have donated time, supplies, and funds to bring so much improvement to medical and dental care for our students. Our partners at Bless Back Worldwide and Mission USA carry much of the burden and do such a great job of making others aware of the ministry taking place and the needs of the people. The clinic staff put on another mobile clinic this week, too!!!

More than ever before in my lifetime, the need to totally entrust our lives to Jesus is so obvious to me. Our way of life has been majorly disrupted, but God's ways remain unchanging. His perspective is so much broader and clearer than yours or mine.

We were created for relationship - first with God and then with our spouse, family, friends, neighbors... Isolation and anger are taking their toll on so many today. We ALL need each other and we ALL need to know our Heavenly Father. Like the Apostle Paul, I am also praying for you...

From Lex and I, thank you so much for being a part of our lives, this ministry, and the lives of so many others, known and unknown to you, in Haiti. You are of great value and so cherished. Remember that!
