This past week Pastor Lex and Alexis visited West Newbury Congregational Church to talk about Haiti. We always enjoy getting to see friends who've been to Haiti!

Later Todd and Doris Buckley graciously opened their home for the WNCC team that went to Haiti. We had a night of fun filled conversations and good food! Thank you to the Buckleys for hosting us!

We recently put a deposit down on a back hoe! With all the construction we do in Haiti a back hoe is an essential piece of equipment - especially when it can cost more to rent one than to just purchase one. Happy Mother's Day!

It was my first mother's day this past Sunday and I was thrilled to celebrate with my own mother. There is nothing like a mother's love for her child. I am in awe of all my mom sacrificed for me and worked for me to have a better life. All that she has done for me I now have to do for my son. I appreciate all my mother has taught me and I aspire to be a mom just like her!
